8月24日、レディング&リーズ・フェスの初日が終了。レディングはザ・キュアー、リーズはフー・ファイターズがそれぞれヘッドライナーを務めましたが、そのセットリストを以下に。ザ・キュアーがレディングに登場するのは初めて、31曲2時間半のビッグ・セットでした。フー・ファイターズも同じく2時間半のセット。最終盤では、クィーンのドラマー、ロジャー・テイラーの息子ルーファスをステージに上げ、クィーンの「Tie Your Mother Down」を演奏したとか。
