ニール・ヤングが、12月1日にニュー・アルバム『The Visitor』をリリースすることを明らかにした。

今作は2015年にリリースしたアルバム『 ザ・モンサント・イヤーズ』と2016年リリースのアルバム『アース』に続いて、ウィリー・ネルソンの息子ルーカスなどが在籍するユニット、プロミス・オブ・ザ・リアルとチームを組んだ作品となる。

なお、新作より“Already Great”も公開されている。
